While the SpaceX Starship is an engineering marvel, lessons from the past have been lost. A deadly design flaw has been built into the rocket which will inevitably cause the loss of human life. Will we learn from past mistakes and correct this error before astronauts are killed, or will we have to relearn a painful and costly lesson? Only time will tell.
