Welcome to the Spacecraft Simulator!
Ever dream of being part of a NASA rocket launch? Ever wonder what if feels like to be part of the
final countdown before launch when there is no turning back and YOU are part of the team that makes
it all happen? Well now you can! This simulator is being developed to allow you to launch and fly a satellite alone or
with a group as a lunch team. SC_SIM is complete with booster, satellite systems and telemetry.
It is developed by experienced flight operations team members so that you too can know what it is
like to be in command of a rocket launch and operate a satellite.
Our goal is to give you both an educational and fun experience. This is not just a game but an actual
simulator which will react just as an actual launch booster and satellite would. Currently we are almost
ready for our first official release, this is the Beta version.

You can send commands, activate instruments, manage power, work on problems that come up during launch,
activation and orbit of the satallite.
The goal is to launch, configure and keep the satellite collecting science data as long as you can.
Eventually the satellite will run out of power, or the instruments will die, and the simulation will end.
BUT FEAR NOT!! You don't have to spend a billion dollars to launch again just hit the reset button!!
If you or your group (Aerospace club, class, avaition club) would like to use the multiplayer version please feel
free to contact us with any questions! The sim is free to use and we want to hear from you! The simulation is
very realistic when used with internet voice chat software such as Roger Wilco that allows the team to communicate
with speech and give the final GO for launch! Our goal is to have the simulator configurable by the users so that
both short term launch and satellite activation can be done as well as missions that could take weeks (to mars/moon etc) can
be done. For the developers our only payback for our labor is when we hear from you so be sure to let us know what you like/don't like
so we can make the simulations better for you! In addition we can give you suggestions to make the launches more realistic
and advice on the operations. But remember the main goal is to have FUN so get going and start the SIM!!!!!
